first of all it was so hard for me to finish this piece... cos of my medicines i use, my hands are shaking..but finally i achieved

aww..i did it with brushes 
use a middle toned brush in a new layer and then change the layer style into linear dodge..reduce the opacity into %30 or less..that's all
