Actually, try this:
submit it as a .png file, that way people cannot right -click to save and "steal" it.
It won't even go on people's desktops, just show up as blank document.
Flickr does a similar thing

i've had some of my photos ripped off by newspaper agencies and i've never had the money to go after them, a couple remove, but not all..some still offer them on their websites. there's really not a whole lot you can do if you're not willing to go to court over it, especially when fighting big newspapers. I know the twisted feeling you get of being used or having someone use your art, because it's like they're using you..but there's really nto a whole lot we can do, watermarks, copyrights, licenses only go so far
