Description
The blue - which arises from overexposed light and fades away represents the life itself ... the cruel and cold story of it ... the way it is. The light around the corner is the beginning, the creation, but ... the main part of the image is the human whose memories of that past times are very different from what they truly were in real life. The memories are warm ... they burn in his mind ... they are the main mechanism which gives meaning to his life. And every time he finds himself loosing faith in that cold and cruel world, he comes to the fireplace, a source of his existence, takes one of the warm events from the past, and rises a memory of it ...Related content

The depth of the idea behind this art piece amazes and awes even more than the brilliance of the picture itself ! The fact that it is not just a fantasy painting gives it a whole different value and when i looked at it after i read your comment, i immediately saw what you were talking about, possibly even more ! This is such an intelligently crafted piece of art. I think everything about it, down to the statement you gave, is inspiring. I could go on and on about the colors and the composition and the wonderful detailing you've used in the image but I will just say it is of the highest caliber.

I like the story this work of art represents. Of how the man toils away at the fire, going to return to a warm place in his memories whenever he feels life's harsh reality is too much for him to bear. I like the white emanating around the corner, it represents hope for me and overall I love the blue tone of this whole work of art because I think blue is just such a deep and amazing color. Superb work! Oh yes and you did an excellent job on detail and I love the yin-yang on the wall with the icicles hanging down from it!

That bright light around the corner represents birth, but as you said it can mean hope... hope that new life can bring good changes to this world.
