Of course! To use it you download the .rar file, then you use an unzipping program to get out the icons then you put them as your icon! ^^

I think you should at least credit the original sketch artist of these.
He doesn't ask that people do, but I think it's a sign of respect to him for having an art style that people appreciate enough to imitate.
