READI FORGOT TO INCLUDE THAT THE SIZE I USED WAS 600x300 AND THAT IS AN IMPORTANT STEP~~~~

yes. Corel is perfect for graphics, whereas photoshop is for doing manipulations. But ps can also work for graphical art.
