See here in America round-abouts are called "circles" and they are littered with places to hang out but really are just tourist traps--that work well for drunk frat boys and Orange PD. Really there are never any traffic jams with these thing., which in turn makes them way more efficient than 4-way stop lights.

in Orange County we need more of these!

Apparently that movie That Thing You Do was shot around here a number of years back. Seriously aside from the modern cars and shops, its like stepping into white picket fence America circa 1955.
