Wow.
Actually, this looks pretty good.
However, a drawing is not always perfect.
The arm in where the Character is holding the Pokeball looks ''strange''. A little bit shapeless to be more accurate, why? because, in my opinion, the shoulder it's lower than it needs to be, or maybe it's just the effect you added.
I think that the T-Shirt and the pants need more texture. But the shadows are OK.
I love the effect you added to the Pokeball, good job.
Anyways, next time try to add a better effect to the letters, because, for some reason, they not look as awesome as the Pokeball (MasterBall) effect.

This looks awesome. And, having read Heart of Gold like most of the people reading THIS series, it's quite obvious that, as Brandon is a Protagonist, the glowing Masterball contains Dialga.
