EDIT: Some people thought this was made on MS Paint. Well, it's not...thought that would be really cool.I kinda jumped in the band wagon with this new thing appered. Making a pony version of programs, browsers, ect. I already changed my VLC, EI and Firefox icon to the pony version.:3
For start, I made MS Paint pony. If you use it right, you can make really great drawings with it, even if it's a simple program. I used it for ages, and even nowdays, I use it time to time.
I feel ashemed, but didn't redraw the original icon.^^' This palette version is from Windows 7.

Its good but, the funny thing about the mane and the tail, those are RASTA colors. They kinda.... Stand for weed. Just sayin.

So cute, even if its not MADE in MS paint, the color pallet is SPOT ON, the use of the flat yellow green and reds rather than sharper/softer shades was genius! Spectacular job!
