It's been an age. That pretty much sums up how long it's been since I last posted something.
I can explain. 1) No working scanner, or at least one my computer will allow. Yes I tried library scanners, but the computer was usually being used by someone who wasn't even using the scanner. Or, the scanner wasn't open for the general public. That and I was too cheap to go to some office store to use their scanner.

I did this peice on one of the nights that the meteor shower was most view-able.

The bottom half is on paper that I glued to a black piece of matte board. Then I used the softer colored pencils that I have and did the meteors and the night sky. Since the night sky isn't just black, it is actually a blend of black, blue and sometimes purple depending on the moon's brightness and the like.

I had to take 2 pictures of the art piece because a scanner wouldn't be big enough for it to be scanned all together. But I combined it in Photoshop, since I did that I had to also play with the saturation, highlights, contrast and the like in Photoshop so it would actually look like it was meant to be together.
