Unlike my other OC, Evil has no PAK and isn't an invader. He's a bounty hunter(..Or a criminal / assassin in my roleplays anyways.) He was randomly thought of in September, and he was originally intended to stay an emotion that would die later, but then Echo make him permanently irken.
He is 16 as of time of writing this description.
This is my icon, it's not to be used.
