So i was hanging out and watching my friend play a video game when my other friend asked me to draw a creepy character in a (slutty) sailor scout outfit.
so here he is PH in all his... creepiness XD so my friend daisy (not the one that asked for the drawing) helped me pic what scout to base his outfit off of, thats why he says he loves her lol.OH btw i'll give a cookie to anyone that knows what scout he is
