Description
On a web forum I frequent, there's something called the Record of Factual Lists (or the RoFL). It's an event where everybody sends in a list of their top 25 [whatever topic the current list is]. These are consolidated and the winners are counted down with detailed entries about each finalist.

To spread the word around the forum, it's customary to make banners. This is mine for the top Nintendo Games list.
