Here is another recolor that I found on a Deviants site. I saw that on the page there was a comment saying it was a recolor.I saw that she gave credit, but it's still a recolor.
It it against DeviantART TOS? What do you think?

Shiny Espeon shouldn't be that bright...
Shinies are usually duller colors, unless they're blue.

That's the official Sugimori art for Espeon, alright. Shiny Espeon is green, but they don't usually release official art of shinies. Def a recolor.
