This is supposed to be my version of the Irken Invader, myself, Tech. Surprising that I've never put one up before o_O. Story time!1!!11

He trained as an engineer on Vort when the Irken empire had remained allies with them, but after the devision Tech had been chosen as an invader for Operation: Impending Doom 1. He had not been chosen for the second invasion because of the loss of his left eye prior to the assigning.
He then studied bio-mechanics and through his engineering wit was able to create himself a new one.
As Operation: Impending Doom 2 continues, Tech works as a weapons innovater, heading a small group of Irken machinists and biophysicists to create war machines the universe will dread to see.
