Here's number two, Sailor Capricorn! ^^ Of all the shows I've described in the folder, I was surprised that there weren't any religious representations. So I decided to do just that in the form of this... A Muslim Sailor Scout!

Also, regarding the last name for this design, I was tied between "Parashakam" and "al-Shukar." I felt that the latter sounded too stereotypical, so I went with the former. Hope you guys like her! ^^
