Here's the last Zodiac Princess Warrior, Libra! ^^ I made her both Hispanic and blind.

Of all the design changes made to the Scouts in the failed pilot, I liked the redesign of Mercury the most. Having her wheelchair-bound was pretty interesting, although Garrett (from Extreme Ghostbusters) pulled that trait off better.
Plus the friend I based my Sailor Libra on was half-blind, along with adding more to the Lady Justice imagery I had on her.
