Description Karkat could feel his world crashing down on him.

TC: WELCOME TO THE DARK CARNIVAL, BROTHER.

The candy-blooded troll felt his fingers tremble over the keys, his golden eyes staring in disbelief. First Eridan now....now Gamzee? No...no, not Gamzee. Please not Gamzee! Eridan he could handle, but Gamzee?

"No...no...oh God no...please no..." Karkat murmured, brokenly. His hands grasping for his messy raven colored hair, fingers intwining with its strands. He felt breath whoosh in-and out-in-and-out, in an all too fast pattern. The young troll's heart pounded against his chest, almost in time with his breathing. Why? Why did this have to happen to him?! He was supposed to be the leader! The one to do things right! Not let two of his teammates go and kill his friends!

His eyes flashed when a faint 'honk' sounded from a distance. No. Karkat wanted to turn but it was as though an invisible force was holding him there, keeping his eyes trained on the computer screen.

TC: WELCOME TO THE DARK CARNIVAL, BROTHER.

Karkat sunk his fangs into his bottom lip, feeling the cherry red flow from the gray skin. He hardly noticed the pain. His eyes flashed again, this time to the side, tears were starting to form now. The equally red tears staining his face. This isn't fair.

Honk.

He couldn't sit there anymore, he couldn't stay turned. With a small breath, Karkat twisted his body in a jerking motion, breathing harder than before. He kept his eyes glued to the floor, not able to bring himself to look up at the figure standing before him.

Honk.

"G-Gamzee?" he stammered.

A dark chuckled erupted from the clown, fingers tensing on the sickle held in his hands.
"Gamzee! Please! No!" Karkat screamed, no, begged, pleaded.

The lanky troll raised the weapon, its colorful blade flashing in the dim light, the dark smile broadened.

A screech.

Karkat felt his world explode into pain...and red...oh so much red. He fell back, a small 'splash' sounded as he hit his already large puddle of blood. The wound. It was in his chest. Karkat could vaugely see his chest rising and falling at a rapid pace, but no air came, none. He choked, the pain was too much. It started in his chest, blossoming outwards, reaching from his horns to his feet. Slowly, everything started to fade. This was it, wasn't it? He was going to die. What would happen? Would he really God tier? He hoped so.

Ironic, isn't it? To be killed by his own weapon. A bloody smile peaked, breath and heart slowly lessening. Heh.

There could have been a worse death.
