well finally i got around to redesigning this old fossil XD Tarp one of my many OCs that hardly recieves attention even since the day he was created XD

man i have made serious progress since the first day i drew him... [link] and the special Ops guys too... plus remember that guy who everyone seemed to love in that pic... the one in the middle... he's BACK! and now with an actual name and role XD

Spleenk is Tarps assisant and body guard. Although he is quite small, he does posses impressive combat skills. He normally does the dirty work for Tarp while he stays behind and watches. Spleenk is feircly loyal and will take all orders without question no matter how unethical they may be. Despite his undying loyalty, Tarp doesn't exactly give him the full attention that he deserves and often shuns him. Which Slpeenk is totally unaware of.

Tarp, possibly one of the most respected among the Irken Special Ops Command. He has served since the early rule of Almighty Tallest Miyuki, putting down many rebelions in the past. Tarps training methods are often quite crude, but they are quite effective at creating battle hardened soldiers. He often boasts about his soldiers to the other military officers bragging on about how well trained they are. What Tarp hates more than anything are incompetent soldiers. He often sees them as; "a useless waste of Irken" and tends to be a little more strict towards them hoping to at least improve their skills. Tarp tends to be over confident at times, especially towards small threats, which often leads to his plans going wrong. Although, among the hundreds of missions he has been assigned to, only less than 10 were failures.

so yeah that is all...

oh btw H-D... if you havent started on that group pic, well heres a reminder... just draw Tarp's head a little smaller and less wide... i made a bit of a mistake here XD i haven't drawn him in like... i don't know how long... but long...
