They've already made a musical of Hitler. Well... it's a musical in a musical. The main musical is called "The Producers," and it's about two men who want to make a complete musical FLOP so they can collect the insurance money from it. So they hire the gayest man they can find to direct it, and write a script for a musical called "Springtime for Hitler" (funny coincidence, don't you think?)
The irony is that it turns out to be a hit. Like... it beings with Hitler sitting on the stage, legs crossed, hands in lap, and he turns to the audience with this really gay smile and says "Hi, my name's Adolf Hitler" and there is this dance with goose-stepping and all sorts of nonsense. It's hilarious.
But yes, it HAS been done.
