inspired and partically referenced from [link]Experiment - emotionally & technique-wise.
I'm using my old, cheap, thin acrilic paper. I like how it turned out, but it doesn't feel finished... or high-quality.
But nonetheless - Saro; looking/feeling almost as desperationand trapped as me.
I was trying to employ as much as I knew about the contrast playing on the human face as I could, but ended up needed help from a reference. I like the effect the black x white picture gave, but it needed some auxilery color to make a decent composition.

The color contrast really helps.
You did a very good job also on the lines and details of the face. That's a tough expression to really get down right, and you did it well.
Kinda disappointed to hear that you used a reference, but it doesn't detract from it all that much.
