Well done. But concerning big data & cloud computing it would be better to add Devil instead of the woman (cf Facebook / Cambridge Analytica). Our lives / mental status / preferences are no more private

Thank you Big data, clouds, deep learning, AI, blockchain etc are just technollogies/instruments like nuclear power. But if they fall into the wrong hands, they they turn into weapons. So technologies are not devilish. I think they are beatiful. But some people use them as a weapon against others so in this case they become dangerous.

I know technologies are good...if they dont fall in some hands.  I am working in the AI techs. And I can tell you that the use made of those techs are evil: analyse in real time of your wishes, your mental state, your life  style... Not only Facebook.  All companies will jump in soon.

Wow... A few years ago I worked with neural networks, machine learning, big data etc. I agree with you, but company management/investors != developers/scientist, many of them really want to make the world a better place. When I see something new, I see beutiful technology, new opportunities, beautiful and elegant solutions... but investors see only money... they don't care about people... they think only about money... this is so sad... so now I left my programming career and try to do visual art (drawing, photograph, photomanips)... Have you seen Transcendence (2014, with Johnny Depp)?
