Description
One of my only characters I've drawn more than once. This is the third version I've done. You may be familiar with her if you followed me from my old account.It took me awhile to finish this... had trouble deciding a pose, etc.

She does have an inventive overall design. I really like the intricate details around her top and sleeves.

Awesome! I love the way you've improved on the design over time. The costume design is great, a good balance of the whimsical and the creepy/violent and the detail, as usual, is awesome. The only thing I can see that could be improved is that the forshortening on her upper arm doesn't quite work, but it's really minor. Great work!

I don't know why everyone is crabbing about the yellow because yellow and black is one of my fav color combination *uber glare at audience*. Anyway, a question (cha, another one lol). On average, how long does it take you to produce a decent lineart??? Detail and all. ^_^

Well, I didn't do lineart for this piece... it was just painting. For [link] however it was about 4 hours... +whatever I did for thumbnails originally.

That's pretty cool that you paint line-less. >.< I'm too OCD to do something without planning like that, lol. 4 hours plus thumbnails. Are thumbnails important??? I never do them. Sometimes I wonder if that's a baaad thing >.<. Would you kill me, if I drew her sometime down the line? Like the concept....and I want that damn hat....

Thumbnails and sketching are usually pretty important, because most of the time the first idea that pops into your head isnt the best one.

The perspective looks great and I love the yellow! I agree with on the fact that the hand holding the dagger looks a little to small compared to the rest of her body. Other than that it looks fantastic!

Really good, except that nearest hand. It's too small if you take the perspective into account. I think it might even be a little smaller than the far hand

from a perspective point of veiw its perfect though the size is strange beacuase the closer u are the bigger things appear
