Description
warning this picture is huge, and sorry for the crappy qualityanyhoo this is my current PC setup made less than 2 months ago. For the longest time i wanted to show off what i use but ugh.... it wasn't pretty. when i started i was using my moms Dell from 2001, that thing was a fossil. then i got my laptop after i finished highschool as a gift from my grandma, but after about a year i realized how much it sucked but more on that later. Basically now I finally feel comfortable enough to show something somewhat presentable.
First up my setup is in the corner of my room, it has a large glass see through table i picked up from amazon new for only 99$ as well as a chair for around 80$
under it is my current main PC. Its not too powerful, it has very low end parts but it gets the job done. i got it second hand from my closest irl friend for only 200$, i needed to buy a harddrive, wifi adapter,speakers....pretty much everything thats not a motherboard, cpu and power supply...
the specs are
CPU: AMD phenom II X4 940 3.0ghz
Graphics: MSI radeon 270x
Ram: 8GB
OS windows 7
HDD 1 terabyte
I do plan to upgrade the motherboard and CPU at a later date but as of now this handles most games at med to high settings at 60 fps.
I use dual monitors, the one on the left is a 25" lcd tv i found at a pawn store for only 60$, it was a steal, and the one one the right is a band new 32" sharp flatscreen tv. Funny story i bought this tv second hand from best buy, it was labeled open box excellent for 180$ which basically means it was open then returned unused. When i got it and set it up the TV was cracked as hell and unusable, long story short i traded it back to them and got a brand spanking new one for about 40$ less than it was supposed to be so that was cool.
i have a PS3 slim, its my 3rd ps3 im on since the first two died on me due to yellow lights of deaths.
an xbox 360 wired controller for my pc, gamestop brand. its actually better than the official version because no stupid battery pack on the bottom. And has good build quality which is unheard of for a 3rd party controller.
i have a sades mic headset i got for only 22$ from amazon. decent sound quality both listening and talking.
i have a irulu tablet for around 60$ its a basic run of the mill tablet but is not bad. i got it to replace my playstation vita i sold since sony pretty much canned its apps and the web brower sucked. my only gripe is the battery life is terrible which is why i got a portable pocket charger for it.
and a generic dell keyboard and mouse. i plan to get new ones.
The laptop is a HPg62 series... while this thing is good for general web browsing... and i use the term good loosely. this thing aint playing any steam games unless you're playing in a freezer because this things overheats something fierce. And even in general it seems most games just dont wanna work on it.
intel pentium P600 CPU at 2.13 ghz
intergraded graphics
4GBs of ram, no wait only 2.93 is usable...
i feel bad for anyone who has this thing and this is their only computer because this thing... i can't believe this is 400$.
but....i cant be too hard on it, this is what i was using for the last 3 years and im not kidding when i say ive used this in rain sleet and snow back when i had to sit outside my friends house to use his wifi. despite what i say now, this thing was a trooper. but..... ive moved on to desktops. By the way i upgraded it to windows 10... holy shit windows 10 is a pain... its sooo slow. if you have windows 7 keep windows 7 for as long as you can... if you have windows 8....only then go to windows 10 cuz its better than that at least.
As for everything else. i have LED lights on the back of my tv, they can be found on amazon for around 30$. i use it for ambient lighting and im pretty childish so i like making glowy themes for my desktop screen as you can see. i plan to buy mor eand maybe put some under my desk or something.
my tablet is a wacom bamboo CTH-470. again a gift from grammy and its all i ever use now. i used to be a mouse person but once you go tablet theres no goin back. if you're looking for a tabet i highly recomend the bamboos as he price isnt too outragous and it even comes with a full version of photoshop elements. you just need to buy new nibs every once in a while..
and the last picture is me on my ps3, the left moniter is usually dedicated to talking to you guys on skype, listening to music, using it to display refs for drawing, or having the web brower open while the main screen is occupied.
welp thats all for now sorry about the messy wires and junk camera quality XD
if you wanna add me to skype im ionic44, please state who you are though.

As far as I know, Markiplier and Jamin000 are the only ones with a Multi-Monitor Setup.
