So I have seen this floating around, mostly dead. So I decided to revive this meme and do one myself. Now, I'm gonna explain (Or at least try to) why I've chosen who I've chosen.

TEAM LEADER: OC: Ion Theonic
This isn't just me being self righteous, Ion as a character is a fairly decent leader. I mean, if he can lead his planet into thinking he was Jesus at the clarian age of 4, you know he's good.

TEAM MUSCLE: TF2 'Heavy Weapons Guy'
Easy choice. The big guy can kill bears with his bare hands. Not to mention, he has a Minigun, and is just downright lovable.

TEAM BRAINS: The Flash: Cisco Ramon
Cisco Ramon, or 'The Vibe'. I mean, C'mon. He's definitely one of the smartest Characters in the Flash, and very resourceful. And on top of that, his powers are just... Awesome.

TEAM BOOTY: OC: Evelyn Theonic
Oooh, Close call, but If I were to choose between all of the Eeveelution Poke'Clarian Hybrids, Evelyn is the most... Well... You get the idea.

TEAM JOKER: Undertale: Sans the Skeleton
The Comedian. Sans is never one to let a good pun get away from him. He's always telling jokes, and his lazy and carefree attitude may not seem like much use in times of need, if you've EVER played or even SEEN someone play the Sans Genocide boss fight, you know he is a force to be reckoned with.

TEAM MAGE: Wakfu: Xelor
Alrighty, here we go. Wakfu isn't as widely known about as something like Undertale, but that doesn't mean I'm going to pass up an opportunity to add something from it into a meme. Xelor's are time Magi. They control time and have all sorts of other abilities.

TEAM PET: OC: Jolt
I mean, It's Jolt. He's cute, AND powerful. Enough said.

TEAM HEALER: Overwatch: Mercy
Mercy. She heals, she boosts damage, and can BRING YOU BACK FROM THE FREAKIN' DEAD. Discussion over.

TEAM MENTOR: Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi
A powerful Jedi, filled with wisdom and can still fight with that lightsaber of his if needed. And he becomes a Force-Ghost after death, so there's that.

TEAM SCIENTIST: Undertale: Doctor W.D. Gaster
If this guy can create the CORE, and he's a Monster who can use Magic, then boi, this man who speaks in hands is getting on my list.

TEAM ROBOT: OC: NCO Commander Sparks
Re-programmed by Silver, this repurposed Battle Droid is fully Sentient. Whether or not that's a good thing is unknown. However, he can wield Blasters, Lightsabers and Vibroblades, so this droid is one to watch out for.

TEAM FIGHTER: Call of Duty: Nikolai Belinski
Nikolai Belinski is a drunken Soviet, sure. But with his Nazi Zombie allies, he has rewritten time, literally killed himself, and stopped the complete destruction of their reality.

TEAM ALIEN: OC: K.Ion
K.Ion, the adorable Kirby incarnation of Ion, has the copy essence of almost every ability. Meaning he is probably the most versatile fighter out of the entire lot.

TEAM DEMON(ISH): Undertale: Chara
Okay, Okay, they're not technically a Demon. However, they do refer to themselves as such. And that is the only reason they are where they are. But hey, with someone like that, where one swipe of a kitchen knife can kill almost anything, the Apocalypse doesn't stand a chance.

TEAM GUNSLINGER: Overwatch: Jesse McCree
To sum it up in one sentence? It's high noon.

TEAM ANDROID: Star Trek: Data
I mean, c'mon. It's Data.

TEAM NINJA: TF2: Spy
Well, he's not technically a 'Ninja', but he's damn near close. Let this sneaky frenchman behind you, and you're as good as dead.

TEAM BADASS: Call of Duty: Tank Dempsey
Have you ever seen the Origins intro? Because if you haven't, that is the only excuse you have for not knowing how much of a badass this guy is. Again, he's rewritten time, killed himself, and saved his reality with the help of his allies.

TEAM ASSHOLE: Call of Duty: Edward Richtofen
Alright, his Origins Timeline appearances are way nicer and more helpful, but the Original Timeline Richtofen? Nazi scientist. Experimented on people with an alien rock. Betrayed his best friend, killing him and his daughter. PRACTICALLY STARTED THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.

TEAM SWORDSMAN: Call of Duty: Takeo Masaki
Honorable (According to him.) and knows his way around a gun when he needs to. Again, watch the origins intro to figure out why he's here. And once again, along with Richtofen, Nikolai and Dempsey, he's rewritten time, killed himself and saved his reality.

TEAM GAMBLER: Wakfu: Ecaflip
Well, they ARE the Warrior Gamblers, after all. And most of their Magic and abilities rely on a good bit of luck to pull them ahead.

TEAM KID: Undertale: Frisk
Well, if you had to have a kid along, it may as well be one who has survived lasers, axes, fireballs, bones, tridents, Ballet shoes, Bullets..... I mean, jeez. And on top of that, they can SAVE and RESET. They normally say 'No second chances', but Frisk is the MASTER of Second Chances.

TEAM KILLER: Call of Duty: Captain Price
C'MON MAN IT'S CAPTAIN PRICE. He's just... Him. He's like the Chuck Norris of the Modern Warfare series.

TEAM UNDEAD: Undertale: The Great Papyrus
While he may not be as skilled as Sans, Papyrus is far more durable than Sans. The only flaw about him in an apocalyptic situation is that he's too nice. He could get killed by a group of Raiders.... A mistake that Sans would happily make them regret.

(And yes, I know he isn't technically 'Undead', but I had to find some way of getting him onto the list.)

TEAM SPEEDSTER: The Flash: Barry Allen 'The Flash'
The Fastest Man alive, Barry has done a lot of crazy stuff. If you thought having 9 people on the team that can either Time Travel or are knowledgeable about Time Travel, here's the 10th. The only flaw here is that Barry needs to eat a LOT, due to his fast metabolism.

So that's my team for any Apocalypse. I'm fairly certain that they would survive the whole thing.
