Nah I didn't join in the GUI Championships, but I am working on a few skins and a new icon set I'm creating.

I can't use the file, it's extension is .icl and IP uses .ip, .iptheme, or .theme

IconPackager also uses .iconpackage, which is what I've included in the .rar if you had taken more time to look.
