That was one of my quicker bases [had to go to bed imma try again]

Advise would be nice thou however i have only MS paint to work with nothing special.

You can do wonders with MS paint!
Here's the old video I told you about. [link] And I even used MS paint with that one xD

A basic thing you should know first is that you have to save the picture as a PNG or GIF file instead of JPEG. It keeps the pixels clean looking and it doesn't blur up with picture.

Is there anything special (hair, eyes, replacing colors, clothes, ect) that you want advice about?

These are the styles I've seen around deviantART and it's alright to learn how to shade from looking at others' shading style.
As you can see the second row has no shadows.
The shadows you put on the hair will enhance the shine.

It's also better to use the curved line tool instead of the pencil.
And remember to save in PNG or GIF :3
