I tried to download it again and still got the same errors. I think it's just my CS3

This action looks AMAZING and I couldn't wait to try it out...but when i downloaded it and tried to apply it to a photo I got a number of errors.
First to pop up was an error that said
"the object layer 'sfondo copia' is not currently available"
then "sfondo copia2" was not available.
then "curves1"
then "colore riempimento 4"
...and a whole bunch of others. Am I doing something wrong or is this my crappy copy of CS3 messing up?
