On a much more personal note, this RP more than most has... a sorta personal connection to feelings I've been grappling with for a while. Though it's not the same exactly to what Giuseppe is going through. My mother was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer in October of last year. I've kept it almost entirely to myself, at least from the vast majority of people I interact with in an exclusively online setting. Writing this provided some form of "catharsis" for me. Whether that's even the right word, I don't really know. But I guess I just... figured I'd share that with you all if you've been wondering about my spotty activity in the past year.
