Awwwwww Poor Caruck!
Why am I drawing such depressing things after Christmas? Because PMD is awesome thats why. Background is epic fail, I really like how the crying Caruck came out! (ZOMGZ Thats a first!) What happening here is when Caruck comes down to the beach months after Starlight (The chiorita) dissappeared, and he remembers how much he misses her, but his heart aches when he thinks of her and he fell to the ground, clenching his heart the memories flash before him, when he looks at the bubbles he sees memories he held close. The memories hes seeing in the bigger bubbles are important ones to Starlight and him, the times he felt closest to her. In the smaller bubbles are improtant signs to them, some you will know, some you wont.
*points at sparkly Starlight* SHOJO LIKE BUBBLEZ LOLZ, I put two bells there by accident! >A< STUPED MEH!

Awwww I finished the game two days ago. I was a female Mudkip and my partner was a Cyndaquil called Blaze. The part where he's on the beach and the music it plays while he's remembering broke my heart.

I played PMD2 as a Cyndaquil partnered to a Sunleaf, so this scene looks eerily familiar.
Awww, I always cry at this part of the game. As much as Sunleaf the Chikorita, XD in other words, a lot.

I think that the "arrange" version of Final Fantasy X's "To Zanarkand" (which is from Dissidia Final Fantasy) would fit this art

Yep. I mean that the soundtrack fits in this art since your Cyndaquil cries & thinks about most of the times where he & his chikorita partner were together.
Btw, there were actually a number of soundtracks that were used in Final Fantasy X that were copied to Dissidia Final Fantasy, but I was referring to the first part, until it faded away

you wanted some critique right? i don't have much, since this is such an awesome pic XD. first of all, maybe you could have tried making the clouds in the background a little blurry? make it look slightly more realistic? idk
