My sweet pony oc that wouldn't hurt a fly. Completely sane. He owns a voodoo doll (any sugestions for the name?). He takes it everywhere with him and talks to it in public making himself look like a psychopath. Of course he totally isn't one!
He can't get over the fact that he's an earth pony. He believes he's actually a pegasus, so sometimes he puts on fake wings (don't ask him how he made them). He offended a bunch of ponies with it and even got beaten up a few times.
