Description
Was looking through my Hellsing manga for references for another pic and realized that I had no excuse for the fact that I haven't drawn Rip Van Winkle by now.So I did remedy that awful calamity.
Rip and Hellsing are pwned by Kohta Hirano.
Done in Painter with all watercolors wet for the duration. [Except the spatter for the background.]
