Description
Crazy little Alice never fit anywhere. Only in the place of her dreams did she feel wanted and needed. When she saw the White Rabbit she knew she was being beckoned into that dream world once more. Down the rabbit hole, she met old friends. The Cheshire Cat and the Caterpillar. She played another game of croquet with the Queen of Hearts using flamingos and hedgehogs. She had Tea with the Mad Hatter, the White Hare, and the Dormouse. Things in Wonderland only became curiouser and curiouser. Perhaps this time she wouldn't return. So, this is a dreamscape project for Graphic Design. I found all of the images on google, some of them on photobucket, so I can't really credit them. =/ Wish I could, though.
During the critique in class, my professor asked me to make the ground purple and the trees blue or something like that. She said "Make it more surreal." Are you freaking kidding me? It would have taken HOURS to do that. She's psycho. Anyway, there was someone else who did Alice in Wonderland, but everyone else told me mine was better. You have no idea what kind of ego boost that gave me. xD Especially because the professor suggested she did Alice in Wonderland AFTER I had already decided. I almost didn't make this because I didn't want to do Alice in Wonderland when someone else was. But I couldn't think of anything else. I'm glad I did, though. It gave me a reason to wear my Alice dress. =]
