Incredible! Disturbing and altogether unnerving. I don't know what was creepier: Seeing the "don't blink" writing, seeing blood leak onto the floor, or seeing him practically come out of the screen. Okay maybe the latter had me most on edge. Didn't quite scare me into sleeping with the lights on.

I think you have a really good concept here, but I have a few suggestions. I would also show that he has a mouth in the first few scenes instead of randomly having the zipper appear, it would also be creepier if the blood came from his mouth or somewhere visible instead of pooling around him, sort of makes it look like he's having anal leakage. The end part is good, but there's no need for the shadow to center itself or for him to leave the shadow so slowly, we know it's him and that's he's obviously there. It wouldn't take away from the speed at the very very end.
I love the music though, it's really great.
