Day 20: Doc Monroe is a bit of a wild card to say the least. He's been working for ISIA since he was recruited from college, and has been deeply involved in the research and creation of Alphahumans. (Among other projects). He has worked alongside Doctors Riley, Phillips and Carver frequently; and while his methods are unorthodox he has been known to get results.
