Haven't played the game, saw the scene so know what happens.
Honestly, as much as in ME1 I wanted Tali to be a romance character, I'm going to pass on her in ME2.
I think her concern, "I could get sick and die" makes me feel like a selfish prick, I'll pass.
I do have to wonder if there's going to be an achievement if you go through ME1, ME2 and ME3 with Shepard not getting any romance?
