one thing i need to point out, a bit desperately, is that the boobs need more blending work, to make them look rounder and softer, this can also be applied to the rest of the skin, not also make some shadows softer but also blend more the colors to make it look more skin like

for the face, i have a couple of books that should help you out, they are more focused on portrait but you will most definitely take advantage in those to help out those face drawing skills
google for Jack Hamm and Andrew Loomis
their books are available for download pretty much anywhere
