Commissioned this awesome piece from they did the lopunny piece for me a while ago, Go show them support super talented and nice!
I loved the latest animal crossing game and Audie was probably my favorite villager! Cherry, Zucker and Dom were cute too but everybody else on the island was isolated or voted off! I wrote a quick little somethin' to accompany the piece let me know what you guys think!

You should've known something was fishy.

Getting a text from your best friend Rachel to come visit her island out of the blue wasn't out of the ordinary, she was always jealous of Audie being on your island whenever she visited yours, but to name her island after her exclusively felt a little crazy. Things only got weirder when you got there, grabbing your luggage from the Dodo airline worker and noticing some faint spirals in his eyes. "Enjoy your stay at Audie Crossing!" He said in a robotic. monotone voice. You entered the island and saw some items you didn't even know existed! An Audie soda machine, Audie arcade games, A boxing ring with her face in the center! There weren't many flowers, water fountains or bridges, it was mostly just the starting buildings that were completely different from the ones on your island.

"Hypno Cranny!" It had written on the front, with a spiral sign on the outside. Was it some kind of prank by one of the villagers? You did notice a few spirals in their eyes as well on your way over... but decided to enter anyway and see. Tommy and Timmy had the same spirals in their eyes as well, greeting you and trying to sell you a few different items that you found weirdly interesting. An Audie plushie, A pendant, a poster covered in spirals like the one outside... All of it felt strange, you felt like leaving the island, your suspicions rising when Rachel finally greeted you!

"Hey! Glad you finally decided to show up! I was looking for some extra bells to build an Audie statue!" She smirked, pulling out a golden lamp and rubbing it gently. You gave her a disgusted look, asking her a bunch of questions about the spirals, lamp, villagers, and what all this hypnosis stuff was about, only to see a dazzling version of Audie pop out of the lamp. She looked sexy, dazzling in a bedlah and expensive beads. Her hair was a bit longer and her eyes were swirling with pretty colors. Looking at them for just a second made you feel a little groggy and woozy. You tried to look away, to think of a plan to save her and stop Rachel, only for this version of your favorite villager to dash in front of you and force you to stare. You tried to fight it, but the dazzling, swirling hues of blue invaded your thoughts, draining your mind. After that everything went blank.

You woke up the next day, yawning and turning on your nook phone, seeing a text from Rachel. It didn't say anything, just some silly blue spiral swirling over and over... reminding you to gather up bells and help build the statue. Your thoughts faded away again, shifting to serving Rachel and Audie, doing whatever they asked of you, and you couldn't be happier.
