Edit: changed the name from Scrap base to Friends Forever Base, changed color added black outline and bald

Ok i dont like this base at all but it was done so i figured get it up. since i dont like it it stays the funny colors and im not doing anything else with it. use it or dont it doesnt matter just wanted it up and out of my one folder.

and i dont want to put in into scraps because someone might want to use it

Rules:
1) Give me credit (so people can find the base, nothing more)
2) You may change the sex of the doll(s)
3) Can be used for dolls, kiss dolls, or whatever else there is
4) Can edit as long as I get credit for the base work
5) Can use for mature dolls
6) And send me a link so I may see your work ^.^
7) If You are the Original artist let me know and I will take the base down thank you
8) I give credit to who ever made the original picture that I made my bases from
