唱歌使肺脏健康,从而有益于心脏。大声歌唱时,人的横膈上下宽幅活动,对腹腔内器官起到良好的挤压作用,可以改善腹部血管舒缩功能。
唱歌是呼吸系统最理想的保健体操哦,不过要小心不要乱叫不然会有负担哦 ̄▽ ̄

话说只是快走的话那还是用比较有益心脏的方法走吧!
1.间歇式锻炼:也就是紧湊型和松弛型锻炼相接合,例如在散步过程中,每慢走3分钟就快走1分钟,可以使心率有规律地增快、减慢,有助于改善血管功能。
2.全身性运动:即全身肌肉都参与的运动,包括游泳、划船、滑雪等。记得要在运动中适当休息,使全身肌肉有效收缩、放松。
3.举重:选择重量合适的杠铃,有节奏地举起、放下,负重肌群也规律地收缩、放松,可以增加回心血量、降低心脏负荷。
4.核心训练:即集中力量锻炼核心肌群,例如练习普拉提等。长期坚持核心训练,可以拥有良好的灵活性和平衡能力,其他运动能力也将得到提高。
5.瑜伽:在屏息静气、肢体伸展的过程中,可以调节血管张力、降压,让心脏轻松胜任日常工作。
6.时刻保持活力:与那些每天固定锻炼30分钟或60分钟,之后便坐回电脑前的人相比,时刻保持活力的人会消耗更多的热量,例如每天坚持快走、打扫房间、做农活的人身体更健康。所以,不妨随身带一个计步器,看看自己一天之中做了多少运动。
多吃苹果和听喜欢的音乐对心脏有益哦!(科学家发现每天听三十分钟对身体有益(具体的自己查吧 ̄▽ ̄))保持好心情是很重要滴所以去晒晒太阳调节一下清血素吧 ̄▽ ̄
