[05 Jan 2016] Final Patch - More than 95% of the effects are in this file now, the others managed to hide from me or can't be ripped in the normal method.[15 Aug] - Gimialla Patch:
This collection is part of my journey to rip every single texture from Mega Man X Command Mission (though there is no way I can tell the % of textures ripped), now this is surely going to be useful not only for background makers.
TexMod can sometimes screw the textures, so some of them come out cut by a half or mixed with others, therefore I'm putting them in that separated area until I can find the right ones.
