I wish my walls were black,
That the only light to shine in my room was me,
But the bulb in the ceiling will outshine me any day.

I wish I was deaf,
That the only demon in my home was me,
But there are many evils that consume my own.

I wish I was never born
That the only one to exist was I,
But who would read this if that was the case?

Wishes don't come true,
Only delusions.
