Modern Northern Troodons (Troodon gigas) are descendants of prehistoric Latenivenatrix that roamed Cretaceous Canada and somehow got into an another dimension.
These theropods would probably be placed low in a food chain in any other ecosystem, however in tundras of North pole, there are not many big predators and even the ones like Cryolophosaurus, don't want to mess with them.
These ferocious bird-like predators are quite intelligent as for dinosaurs. Most of them are loners, however they tend to gather into groups from time to time to hunt down bigger prey such as mammoths.
Vittras and Goblins say that these are way more dangerous than the bigger predators since they can easily enter their underground cities. Troodons are responsible for most of the injuries caused by animal attacks and deaths of livestock.
The Reaper Trio is an odd phenomenon. Despite most of Troodons are loners and form groups only in certain situations (like mating or hunting), there is a single known case of these theropods forming an actual pack.
Members of this group are three siblings, nicknamed by scientists: Latte (alpha), Doppio (beta) and Velvet (delta). They are pretty much insepparable which makes them even more efficient at hunting. Not many monster folk were able to survive their encounter with the Reaper Trio. One of these lucky survivors described them in one sentence: "Beauty of death".
