Looks like there's another tropical depression and it's Tropical Depression 4, First we got Bret now we got this, I just hope everybody is safe from Bret. If this Tropical Depression 4 strengthens it will receive the name Cindy and it will be called Tropical Storm Cindy, Tropical Depression 4 is expected to be named Cindy later today or Friday. Looks like this hurricane season is going to be pretty active and bad, I can tell. I hope everybody will be safe from Cindy and Bret. Be safe from Cindy and Bret.
