This was something that popped in my mind, Here is Joey the Black Leader as Italy from Hetalia! Italy in Hetalia is voiced by my favorite actor Todd Haberkorn as Joey would be voiced by Todd Haberkorn if he had a voice actor in TFM. Joey is American-Italian as he was born to an American mother Jasmine and an Italian father Dieter, Yes. I see Joey's deceased mother Jasmine American while Joey's deceased father Dieter is Italian since Joey is American-Italian, I enjoyed drawing Joey as the cutest guy in Hetalia since Joey is Italian from his father's side. and Joey of course is embarrassed about the costume he was forced to wear.
