Looks like Tropical Depression 11 just strengthened into a tropical storm and received the name Jose. This is not good, Idalia turned into a major hurricane and killed 3 people, R.I.P to the 3 people who died from Hurricane Idalia. This hurricane season sure is getting worse like the 2005 season, Good thing is that Jose won't hit any land and at least it will weaken quickly. Please be safe from Jose although it won't hit land.
