His name is Star, He is Tord's adoptive brother and is a psychotic killer and villain with a personality disorder who killed his parents as a teenager and is an escaped mental asylum patient. He is a transgender as he was originally a girl named Starisha until he became someone else as he discovered he has a personality. He is a transgendered demon who has an ability to change his gender into a girl which is his original gender Starisha, He is based on Asura from Soul Eater and Charlotte DiLaurentis from Pretty Little Liars.
