She's a pastel goth vampire so I had a lot of fun with this one!
A little explanation for the shade called 'Oumpire' -> in Carmilla by Sheridan le Fanu (a vampire book that predates dracula), there's a scene where vampires are referred to as 'oumpire'. I can't seem to find an explanation for it, I thought perhaps it was a local term for them since the book is set in Styria but I'm still not sure. Either way, I thought it’d be fun to use the term for Séverine!
