I'm sorry...I just HAD to do this
For those who might not get it...
Voice Actor Dante Basco = both Jake Long and Prince Zuko
Voice Actor Mae Whitman = both Rose and Katara.
And after watching both cartoons, you can see situational coincidences that are just plain funny.
(Avatar is owned by Nickelodeon, Jake Long is owned by Disney)
EDIT 7/17/2006 : not exactly avatar related but I noticed disney channel decided to pull a fast one and change the cartoon style of Jake Long.

Dante is almost 30, but he looks like he's nineteen.
It doesn't mean he's underdeveloped or anything. Some filipino men just have very boyish features. I have a cousin who's 19, and he looks like he's 13.

Zuko and Long are the same voice actor? ...I would not have guessed that.
Neat pic. (And its nice to know I'm not the only one who thinks of voice actor stuff. The fun I've had with X-Men: Evo.) But its not like we in the fandom _need_ encouragement for hooking up Katara and Zuko. That's been a kinda 'counterculture' pairing in the fandom since eppisode 5 or so...

I don't think Jake Long is anything like Danny Phantom.
But Jake Long for me shares similarities w/ that lackluster "Juniper Lee" on CN.
All three shows may have their charm for some people...but seem to lack that SPECIAL thing that avatar already has.
