I ask myself this question all the time! Who would I be if I had never picked up a pencil and started "doodling". What would my life be like, would it be better?! Would it be worse?! Has spending most of my freetime on art effected relationships that I could've had? Has it effected relationships that I do have?I guess you could say that I am a person who dreams about "what if's". And I don't think that there is anything wrong with that.
My dream, is to somehow, someway...change the world with my art. A BIG DREAM!! I know! But that's what I'd like to do. One of my favorite things about art is its ability to change a person. I love how subjective it is. I love the fact that you and I can look at the same piece of art and get 2 completely different feelings from the piece!

This is so beautiful. I sometimes think about what I would be if I had stopped drawing and sketching and I imagine that I could not live without doing it. I love how real the picture looks! It is gorgeous, and the detail on the face and shoes are stunning! I love how he's naked but he has shoes that center him to the photo. Wonderful, I LOVE IT!!!!! <3 <3 <3

Interesting caption/ image. I like playing at bouncing stuff back and forth other people and see what happens. Experimenting I call it. So I guess you could say i say art takes form for me in interferences. But i see what you mean. Maybe I should have a go with you if you're up for it. Sounds like the interference will be interesting, since yes your dream sounds very big and I am not a what if person. All the more challenging.
Sometimes experiment do not yield "results" per se, but the journey... Let me know if you feel like it.

I've got it all in my head now. Haven't forgotten. It's been a bit hectic for me to sit down and do something. Won't have half your skills, but I'll try drawing something that right from what I saw from you.
The three shots will all have in common a bridge.

I'd like to make three simple collages, one side you, one side me, same theme, three declination.
1. Confidence in you.
2. Confidence in me.
3. I have no name for the third yet. Maybe you can think of a name.

So let me think. I need to browse your gallery for awhile to get to know you. Some of you. I usually work on photography using superposition. However, because what you do is very intricate and has sharp contrast. I don't think it'll be legible afterwards if I go that way. And quite frankly, it will only be deteriorating what you naturally do. Hum. So I'm gonna have to draw. Reading through you and tainting but certainly not attempting to copy what you do.

I'm not sure if it's good to ask yourself 'what if' all the time. Especially not if you think the same 'what if' question again and again - it makes you feel unhappy with your current choices in life. ('What if I had not married when I was only 19?' 'What if I had chosen a different study?')
Unless, of course, you use the 'what if' question purely to reflect on yourself and you rebuilt your life according to the answer you give to the 'what if' question. ('I can still begin with another study/career')
In that case, you look at the bright side of making 'wrong' choices: there is always room to change.
In your case: you can be a great artist and still have great relationships with the people around you!
