Inspired by Season Six of DBZ it’s a photo manipulation of the Cell Games Arena in the Plateau, the actual image is in a landscape in Ghorband, which is near the Hindu Kush. It closely resembles the Cell Games Arena Desert in the anime of Dragon Ball Z. I just basically add the Cell ring and add more color to the rock and grass.
